Photo Album: Eliminating Water in a Basement in North Haven, CT
A homeowner in North Haven, CT, had water seepage in their basement. They called us for a permanent solution, so we sent out Salesman Matt Kraus to the house to assess the situation and he proposed our waterproofing solution.
Foreman Al and his team installed this job. The major components of this project included our WaterGuard drainage system, SuperSump Plus sump pump, CleanSpace vapor barrier, Sedona dehumidifier, and TrenchDrain.

WaterGuard and CleanSpace
Our WaterGuard is installed below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement, to capture water seepage. It is below the wet cement seen above. CleanSpace vapor barrier is installed on the walls to protect from moisture and mold.
TrenchDrain, Sump Pump, and Sedona
Our TrenchDrain (on the left) sits at the basement entryway to capture water coming in from the entrance. Our SuperSump plus sump pump and Sedona dehumidifier sit in the back corner, safely eliminating water from this entire basement.
