Shortly after, it would be time for Foreman, Garfield, and his crew to install this project. The major components of this job included our Drainage Matting, TerraBlock insulation, CleanSpace vapor barrier, SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, SilverGlo insulation, and RimJoist insulation.
With all of our products/systems in place, this crawlspace is encapsulated, ensuring no moisture or mold affects it. It is also insulated to keep it energy efficient and a healthy space for the entire home.
Before Encapsulation
This dirt crawlspace was in dire need of an upgrade to eliminate moisture and dampness.
After Encapsulation
Our crew installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier over drainage matting and TerraBlock insulation to ensure the floor is fully protected from moisture and water. Our SilverGlo insulation is on the walls and is reflective so that temperatures can be regulated properly in the space. Our RimJoist insulation is sprayed into the above joists so that this entire crawlspace is insulated.
Sedona Deumidifier
Our Sedona dehumidifier will eliminate moisture and prevent mold growth. Overall, this entire crawlspace is dry and musty-odor-free, keeping it a healthy space in the home.
