Before Encapsulation
This crawlspace was very damp and musty, causing the home to feel unhealthy, so a proper encapsulation solution was needed.
Sedona and SmartPump
Our Sedona dehumidifier was installed to eliminate moisture and prevent mold growth. Our crawlspace SmartPump tucked behind the Sedona, will pump out any water that may enter the space.
CleanSpace
Our CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed on all of the walls and over the floors in the crawlspace to protect from moisture and prevent water damage. It keeps the space musty-odor-free and clean.
