A West Hartford homeowner was getting water seepage in their basement so they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems searching for a permanent solution. Our Salesman, Ron Marra, visited the home to assess the issues and propose a waterproofing solution.
One of our Foremen, Al, and his crew installed this job. The major components of this project included our WaterGuard drainage system and our TripleSafe sump pump.
These systems will work together to eliminate water from the basement and give the homeowner great peace of mind.
Basement Waterproofing Needed
This basement has ongoing water seepage and needed a full perimeter waterproofing system.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our TripleSafe sump pump takes collected water from the drainage system and safely pumps it out of the home. It has three pumps inside; a primary, a secondary, and our UltraSump battery backup that can pump out 11,500 gallons on a full charge.
WaterGuard
Our WaterGuard drainage system is installed below the floor, around the entire perimeter to capture water seepage. It leads all the water into the sump pump.
