A homeowner in Stratford, CT was getting water seeping into their basement and it was an ongoing issue. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a solution to eliminate their problem for good. Our Salesman, Steve Machnizc, went to the to home to evaluate the issues and propose a waterproofing system as a solution.
Our Foreman, Moises Chantes, and his crew installed this project. The major components of this job included our WaterGuard drainage system, SuperSump Plus sump pump, CleanSpace vapor barrier, and a Sedona dehumidifier.
With our products working in harmony, this basement will now stay dry all the time. The homeowner no longer needs to worry and can live with peace of mind.
Before Sump Pump Installation
This basement had water damage from an ongoing issue. They needed our systems to ensure the basement would stay dry going forward.
SuperSump Plus Sump Pump
Our sump pump system takes collected water from the drainage system and pumps it out of the home safely through a proper discharge line.
WaterGuard Drainage System
WaterGuard is installed below the floor to collect water that may enter from the walls or floors and lead it into the sump pump. It's below the new cement seen in the image.
Sedona Dehumidifier
Our Sedona eliminates moisture and prevents mold growth throughout this entire basement.
