Photo Album: Waterproofing a Basement in Greenwich, CT

A homeowner in Greenwich, CT, faced recurring basement water seepage due to heavy rains and contacted us at Connecticut Basement Systems for a permanent solution. One of our Sales Consultant, Steve Machnicz, evaluated the basement and devised a plan.   One of our foreman, Moises Chantes, and his team installed a WaterGuard drainage system below the floor around the perimeter to collect water and direct it into the sump liner. They also installed a TripleSafe sump pump with three pumps, including a battery backup, to expel water safely. Additionally, they installed a CleanSpace vapor barrier on the walls to protect from moisture and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to monitor and control humidity.   These integrated systems will now keep the basement dry.
