A homeowner in Oxford was getting water in their basement so they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to have us find a permanent solution. One of our Sales Consultants, Jorge Tomas, went out to the home to assess the issues and give them an estimate for the work that we would install.
Soon it would be time for one of our Foremen, Moises Chantes, and his crew to install this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system around the perimeter of the basement to collect water that is coming in through the walls or floors. Then they installed our SuperSump Plus sump pump that will take the collected water and pump it safely out of the home. Now this basement will stay dry, giving this homeowner peace of mind!
Basement Before Sump Pump Installation
This basement was getting water seepage through the walls and floors and needed a proper sump pump/drainage system.
SuperSump Plus
Our crew installed a SuperSump Plus sump pump to take collected water from the drainage system and pump it safely out of the home.
WaterGuard and TrenchDrains
Our crew installed WaterGuard drains below the floors around the entire perimeter of the basement. These are installed by jackhammering the floor, laying down the drains, and then covering them with new concrete. They also installed TrenchDrains to collect water flowing above the floors and any water that may come in from the basement entrance.
