Photo Album: Waterproofing Systems in Wallingford, CT
A homeowner in Wallingford had water seepage in their basement in part of a finished area. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems and scheduled an appointment to find a solution to this problem. One of our Sales Consultants, Ron Marra, went to the home to assess the issues and provided them with a free estimate to eliminate their problem for good.
One of our Foremen, Joe Schech, and his crew installed this waterproofing job. It was necessary to cut into the finished wall to install our systems. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system around the entire perimeter, below the floor, to collect any water coming in. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump that will take the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. Now this basement will stay dry with our permanent solutions!
Before Waterproofing
This is part of the finished part of the basement where our crew would install our systems.
TripleSafe and WaterGuard
Our crew installed WaterGuard below the floor around the entire perimeter of the basement. It will collect any water coming in from below the floors or the walls. The TripleSafe is installed at the lowest point of the basement and it uses 3 pumps; a primary, a secondary, and a battery backup that can pump 11,500 gallons of water on a full charge.
TrenchDrain and WaterGuard
The TrenchDrain (at the bottom of the stairs) leads right into the WaterGuard below, collecting any water that may be coming in, and then directs all water into the sump pump.
