A homeowner in Riverside was getting water seepage in their basement and was looking for a permanent solution, so they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems. One of our Sales Consultants, Vin Orsini, went out to the home to assess the issues and propose a proper waterproofing solution so that they never have to worry about water in their basement again. He informed them that they would need our waterproofing systems to ensure their basement would always be dry.
One of our Foremen, Chris LaBaire, and his crew would work on the installation of this job. They installed our WaterGuard drain system below the floors around the entire perimeter to collect water coming in through the walls or floors. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump that would take the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. They also installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier on half the wall. With these systems, this basement will stay dry all the time.

TripleSafe
Our crew installed a TripleSafe that uses 3 pumps; a primary, a secondary, and a battery backup to ensure all water collected from the WaterGuard can be pumped out of the home no matter the circumstance.
CleanSpace and Sedona
Our crew installed a half wall of CleanSpace to lead water into the WaterGuard and to act as a vapor barrier. The Sedona dehumidifier will eliminate all moisture in the air and prevent mold growth. With no moisture in the air, mold has no place to grow.
