Photo Album: Waterproofing Systems in Stamford, CT
A homeowner in Southington was getting water seepage in their below-grade garage and basement during heavy rains so they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a solution. One of our Sales Consultants, Tony Van Deusen, went out to the home to assess the issues and provide a proposal for work they would need to have done.
One of our Foremen, Marcio Bahiense, and his crew would install this job. This home has a monolithic foundation, meaning they need our two-stage waterproofing system that includes our DryTrak which will collect the water and drain it into our sump pump. The crew installed our TripleSafe sump pump that would take the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. With these systems, the below-grade garage will stay dry!
Before Sump Pump
This was the below-grade garage that needed our waterproofing systems.
TripleSafe
Our crew installed our TripleSafe sump pump that will take collected water from the DryTrak system and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. The TripleSafe uses 3 pumps; a primary, a secondary, and a battery backup that can pump over 11,000 gallons on a full charge.
DryTrak Waterproofing System
Because this home had a monolithic foundation, our two-stage DryTrak system was needed. It will still collect and drain water into the sump pump but through drains that are below the floor.
