Photo Album: Waterproofing Systems in Southbury, CT
A homeowner in Southbury was having water seep into their basement and needed a solution from us at Connecticut Basement Systems. One of our Sales Consultants, Josh Kroop, went out to the home to assess the issues and write up a proposal for a waterproofing system.
Once a job was scheduled, it would be time for one of our Foremen, Delfino Mones, and his crew to install this job. They installed our WaterGuard drain system below the floor around the perimeter of the basement to collect any water coming in from the walls or floors. Our crew installed a TrenchDrain as well to collect water coming in from the bottom of the bilco doors. Then they installed our SuperSump Plus sump pump to take the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. Now this basement will stay dry!

SuperSump Plus and WaterGuard
Our crew installed a WaterGuard drain system below the floor (covered with new concrete) in order to collect any water coming in from the walls or floors. This then gets directed into the SuperSump Plus which will pump out the water from the home at a safe distance.
TrenchDrain and WaterGuard
This TrenchDrain was installed at the bottom of the bilco doors to collect excess amounts of water that may run in from the slope. This will go directly into the WaterGuard and then into the sump pump!
