A homeowner in Milford, CT was getting water seepage in their basement through the walls and floors. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to have us solve their water problems. One of our Sales Consultants, Rick Raucci, went out to the home to assess the issues and provide them with a proposal for work that they would need to be done. He informed the homeowner that they would need our waterproofing systems to keep their basement dry.
Soon after, one of our Foremen, Krzysztof Wilk, and his crew would install our products/systems in their basement. They installed our WaterGuard drain system around the perimeter of the basement. This collects the water coming in from the walls/floors. Then they installed our SuperSump Plus sump pump that will pump out the water collected at a safe distance from the home. To protect the walls and the whole basement from water vapor, they installed a CleanSpace wall system around the basement. Now this basement will stay dry and the homeowner won't have to worry about water seepage again.

SuperSump Plus and WaterGuard
Our crew installed WaterGuard drains below the floor, where they would collect water coming in from below the floor and through the walls. Then it drains into our SuperSump Plus where it uses sump pumps to discharge the water out of the home at a safe distance.
CleanSpace Wall System
Our CleanSpace wall system is installed across all the walls in the basement to ensure that any water coming in from the walls will get directed into the WaterGuard. It also acts as a vapor barrier.
