A homeowner in West Hartford, CT was struggling with water in their basement and needed a solution. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to have us come out and solve the problem. After scheduling an appointment with us, one of our Sales Consultants, Steve Godbout, went to the home to assess the issues and give the homeowner an estimate for the work he proposed to be done.  The next step was for one of our Foremen, Delfino Mones, and his crew, to work on the installation. The crew installed our WaterGuard drain system around the perimeter floor of the basement. This collects the water and properly drains it into the sump pump. This drain system gets installed below the floor so that any water coming in from the walls or floors has a place to go and then drains into the sump. The pump that was installed was one of our SuperSump Plus sump pumps. This will take the water that gets collected and pump it out of the home at a safe distance so that this basement will stay dry all the time!
