A homeowner in Bronxville, NY had a below-grade garage with water problems. They made the right decision when they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to help find a solution. After scheduling an appointment, one of our Sales Consultants, Don Godbout, went to the home to assess the issues and provide the best solution. He informed the homeowner that they would need our TripleSafe sump pump, Waterguard perimeter drain, and a Sedona dehumidifier.  The next step would be to have one of our crews come out and install the job. One of our foremen, Javier Saca, and his team would tackle this job. They installed a WaterGuard drain system below the floor of the garage to collect any water that may come in from the walls or the floors. Then they also installed a TripleSafe sump pump to take that collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. This is done through a proper discharge line. The crew then installed the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier that will prevent moisture and protect the space from mold growth. Now this garage is fully waterproofed and the homeowner no longer has to worry about future damage.
