Photo Album: Waterproofing Systems Installation in Cos Cob, CT
This homeowner in Cos Cob, CT had water issues in their basement. They decided it was time to call us at Connecticut Basement Systems to set up an appointment. One of our Sales Consultants, Rick Raucci, drove out to meet with the homeowner and see what was going on in the basement. He informed them that they would need a complete waterproofing system to prevent any future water issues.
Foreman Garfield Sanderson and his crew were assigned to this job. They installed WaterGuard, TripleSafe, TrenchDrain, and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to ensure this basement is waterproof. These systems work together to ensure that any water is collected and pumped out through the TripleSafe at a safe distance from the home. Not only is it protected from flooding or other water damage, but moisture and mold will be prevented because of the Sedona. Now this homeowner is happy knowing their basement can handle any water that might come its way!

TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our crew installed the TripleSafe sump pump that will collect any water from the WaterGuard and pump it out, away from the home at a safe distance.
Basement prior to perimeter WaterGuard
This was an area of the basement that does not have any WaterGuard yet.
WaterGuard
The crew installed a WaterGuard perimeter system throughout the basement. Any water that might come through the floors or walls will be collected and drained into the sump pump to then be directed out of the home.
TrenchDrain
This TrenchDrain was installed in the entrance to the basement where water has a direct entrance to the home because of the stairs. This will collect any water and also drain it into the TripleSafe in order for it to pumped out of the home.
