This basement located in Darien, CT was in clear need of waterproofing assistance. There had been constant seepage in the basement walls for years and since the basement was so tiny, it was ignored for some time. Eventually, the homeowner gave Connecticut Basement Systems a call and our sales representative Scott Leandrax was able to inspect the basement. Upon his inspection he saw many instances of water issues in the basement and developed a plan to waterproof this basement for good.
The solutions that our crew decided to use to waterproof the basement were multiple sump pumps, a SaniDry dehumidifier, and a LawnScape discharge outlet. With the multiple sump pumps, there was now an extra large drainage system with all the pumps working together to collect water around the basement and pump it out through a discharge line and out of the LawnScape outlet. With moisture building up for a long time before our crew ever touched this basement, the addition of a SaniDry dehumidifier allowed for the moist air to be filtered and get rid of any dangerous air particles in the basement. After all of these installations, the homeowners no longer had to worry about their basement having water issues again.

Basement Sump Pump
This is the the aftermath of a SuperSump sump pump installation in the basement. With this now installed, there is now a strong, new system put in this basement that can successfully deter water from around the basement and pump it far away from the house.
Aged Evidence of Unwanted Water
