The homeowners in this Ridgefield, CT home had a continuing amount of water coming into their basement from all angles the door, walls, and seeping in through the floors. They were unsure of what to do to fix this growing issue. The homeowners decided to contact the experts here at Connecticut Basement Systems. We came out and made all of the homeowner's worries go away. We installed several products to ensure that water no longer damages the basement.  We installed our WaterGuard french drain system to give the water a place to go. Our drain system is the ideal choice in basement waterproofingm with its patented design the system is out above the foundation footing to prevent any clogging. The water is then carried into our TripleSafe sump pump which has a total of three pumps to make sure that no water gets into the basement. The first pump is able to pump out 2,220 gallons of water per hour. If the amount of water is more than that then the second pump turns on and pumps 3,900 gallons of water per hour. The third pump turns on and pumps 11,500 gallons of water if the power happens to go out.  To cover up the damaged walls the customer had and ugly cement floors, we installed two of our Total Basement Finishing products. To cover up the walls we installed our ZenWall system which gives the basement a new finished look and insulated because of our fiber glass core. To cover up the floors we installed our ThermalDry flooring which is fully washable and will never warp, tear, or delaminate like traditional wood flooring.  The homeowners not only have a beautiful newly finished basement, but most of all it is waterproofed.
