The homeowners in this Fairfield, CT home had water constantly coming in through the walls and floor. The water would seep through the walls and pool in the ground. The homeowners contacted the experts at Connecticut Basement Systems to get the job done. We came in and did just that, we were able to diagnose the problem and fix it.  We installed CleanSpace vapor barrier on the walls to capture the moisture and water coming in through the walls. With the vapor barrier being 100% waterproof it will never allow water to seep through. The water then makes it way into our WaterGuard french drain system which with its patented design it will never get clogged with dirt or mud. The water then makes its way into our TripleSafe sump pump. Our pump has a total of three pumps, the first turns on when water comes in at a rate of 2,220 gallons of water per hour. If the first can't handle the amount of water then the second turns on at a rate of an additional 3,900 gallons of water per hour. If the power goes out then the battery backed up third pump turns on at a rate of 11,500 gallons of water.  The homeowners know when the rains come and water tries to make its way in, it will never damage their home because our system will guide it out of the home.
