The E. Family had continous water problems through the years which eventually damaged their walls. With water making its way up a basement wall it turns into mold eventually which gives basements the "musty" smell. The homeowners contacted the experts at CT Basement systems and Brad made all their worries go away. We installed our Waterguard french drain system. This is our most reccomended french drain system because of its resistance to clogging, and the abilty to collect water coming from the wall. All the water collected would drain into the TripleSafe sump pump which is our most reliable sump pump system because it has three levels of protection. There are three pumps that if needed all have different roles. The first pump will star running if water starts coming in but if it can't keep up with the ammount of water coming in then the second pump will start up and run continously with the first pump. If the power goes out then the third pump will turn on and it will pump as much as half of a swimming pool. The last product that we installed was our BrightWall basement wall panels which is 100% waterproof and washable, and it creates a vapor barrier on your basement walls to block out water vapor and humidity. Like our other wall products, it can direct water seepage into your perimeter drain. The homeowners are now worry free when going into inclement weather.
