Why My Name Is On Our Logo
I Am A Fan Of Well-Run Businesses.
They provide all the goods and services we need to live a high standard of living. But some businesses aren’t run well.
This is particularly true in home improvement. Since I train home improvement contractors from all over the country today, I know the reasons.
Most don’t know how to run a business. They started as someone doing the work or selling it and then started their own business. They get swamped quickly because they don’t know how to be a leader, how to build a team, how to train and engage their employees, how to get quality work out of their employees, and so much more.
Most struggle not because they want to let people down. They have good intentions but just aren’t capable of giving customers great results consistently. Then there are some who are out for themselves and don’t really care about the long term.

I want the public and my customers to know we are different. I put my name right on my logo, letting the world know that I am betting my reputation on what my team does in your home. If we let you down, and my managers don’t make it right, you know who to call and ask for. The buck stops here.
I have been in business since 1982. After five years as a self-employed carpenter and home builder, I started in the basement waterproofing business in 1987. I’m still here and I’m not going anywhere. I love what I do and am very proud of my team and what they do. Are we perfect? Of course not. But we strive to be. And in that striving over decades we have achieved excellence.
My name is on each employee's shirt. They know what we are out to do. Get the results we promised and make the customer say “Wow!”
