In 2018, After Being In Business For 31 Years And Persistently Growing Out Of Our Physical Space, I Decided It Was Time To Do Something Bold For My Team At Connecticut Basement Systems.
We had fixed and were responsible for the work we had done in over 70,000 homes in Connecticut and Westchester and Putnam counties, and our reputation was only bringing us more and more customers each year.
We are located in the only commercial park in our town of Seymour CT.
We were the largest employer in this town of 15,000 people. 20 years earlier I had to foresight to buy all the undeveloped lots in the park. I combined two of them and drew up the plans.
We would build a building that would allow us to be as efficient and productive as possible in service to our customers. A specially built building that could be found nowhere else in the world.
