Happy Employee Appreciation Day 2021!

This year Employee Appreciation Day is Friday, March 5th, 2021. Connecticut Basement Systems showed their appreciation with a poster signed by all the members of the office staff, thanking their colleagues for all they do on a daily basis. 

During the pandemic, it may be hard for people to feel connected while having to maintain a safe social distance. Nonetheless, our employees at CTBS are united and working together more than ever before, and we want to recognize the hard work being done by our staff -- not just today, but every day! 

As a (safe and sanitary) treat, we wanted to keep up the appreciative theme. Our team members are all lifesavers, going above and beyond their roles each day to assure customer satisfaction and make CTBS a refreshing, exciting experience. Not only do we want to provide WOW Service for our customers, but we also want employees to feel appreciated during work, and even after the clock out. Individually wrapped Lifesavers mints were left out for all employees to enjoy -- a minty fresh reminder that we need each and every one of you to help the gears of our machine run smoothly! 

CTBS makes it known that the satisfaction of our customers is our top priority. However, we want our employees to feel the same way -- the well-being and safety of our team is just as high on our list. Employee Appreciation Day might be March 5th this year, we want our amazing team to be recognized every day.
