Joy Baldridge Motivates Basement Systems

"It will never be yesterday, so why do you keep bringing it up?!"

This little nugget of wisdom didn't come from motivational speaker Joy Baldridge -- it actually came from her 5-year-old son! She shared this and other inspirational words last night while speaking to Basement Systems staff as well as local guests and members of the Corporate Volunteer Council of the Valley United Way.

A well-known public speaker, Joy is known for her upbeat and fun style of speaking and has even had speaking engagements at the white house.  Armed with a bag full of stress dolls and bottles of bubbles, Joy taught the crowd how to get over negativity and make someone else's day a little better.

Basement Systems Marketing Director Dan Fitzgerald also spoke.  Guests were treated to refreshments as they listened to the talks and were given a tour of the Treehouse at Basement Systems.
