The team at CT Basement Systems did a great job repairing the sinking foundation at my house. At the start of the process, my sales rep., Tim was knowledgeable and explained their proposal clearly and provided a detailed quote. The work they proposed was extensive and involved installing 8 push piers and 3 SmartJacks. When the team arrived (led by the Sergio), they were professional and communicated with me throughout the 2 days they were here. The rest of the team (John, Javier and Marty) worked quickly excavating, measuring, installing the piers and putting everything back in place. Having a 25-year warrantee on their work is an added bonus. I’m considering adding a sump pump system and I would not hesitate to use them again.

When my basement flooded recently, Connecticut Basement Systems stepped right up to help me. I already had met with their wonderful salesman Jimmy Stablein and had an appointment for waterproofing the basement at the end of March. Then the spring thaw came and my basement flooded three weeks early. Diane in the office did a great job of moving up my appointment and reaching out to Jimmy who reassured me that the work could be proceed, even in standing water. He was right. When the work team arrived, led by Al, who is a fantastic foreman, I was confident that the work would be done well, and it was. The team not only did great work, but Al made sure that all of my needs were met with updates, thorough explanations and a first-class cleanup. I am thrilled with the outcome. And another shout out to Jackson who handled the permit process and even drove to meet me for signatures. I am very happy that I chose this company and this team of professionals to restore my basement and make sure it will stay dry in the future.

We are absolutely thrilled with the work that CT Basement Systems did in our basement renovation! Bruce Reynolds, the Project Manager, worked diligently to ensure that every detail of the renovation was completed to our liking and on schedule. His organization and communication made the entire process seamless. Erik D., the carpenter, has incredible talent. We were so impressed by his professionalism, hard work, and exceptional attention to detail. Mike Pale, the electrician, did a fabulous job designing and installing the lighting, which created a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the space. Todd and Jim, the plumbers, ensured that our bar sink, bathroom sink, toilet, and shower were installed perfectly and functioning flawlessly. The entire project was completed efficiently and truly exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Bruce and his team at CT Basement Systems!
