Prior to CTBS, Jorge owned local business Tailgators Sportbar and Grill in Derby, Connecticut from 1995 until 2010. Jorge is familiar with all aspects of food and beverages sales while owning and managing a fast-paced restaurant environment. With many years of experience, Jorge knows which elements are most useful when it comes to customer satisfaction.

Jorge has been thoroughly trained and has earned the highly esteemed title of “Certified Waterproofing Professional” through the Basement Systems International Waterproofing Contractor Network. He is a trusted member of Connecticut Basement Systems and upholds the high standards of the company.

Jorge enjoys meeting with homeowners and helping them solve their basement problems, enabling them to get more out of their homes. Jorge lives in Seymour, Connecticut with his wife Donna and his three children, Brandon, Griffin, and Jordon. Outside of work, he enjoys watching his son’s sports games and watching his daughter's competitions.}

This was my first experience with Connecticut Basement Systems. From the start, the company was accommodating to my needs to replace my sump pump in a timely manner. When I spoke with a representative to make the appointment, the service was friendly and they even considered the weather when booking to ensure that it was scheduled before it rained. Prince, the technician, was timely, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He did a walk through of my system, evaluated it, and then gave me recommendations for service. He explained what my system needed an options for repair and costs. The prices were reasonable and the process was very efficient. A company is only as good as the people that represent it. I am very happy with the service and would highly recommend!

This is the third time we hired CT basement systems, this time to finish our entire basement. The team was phenomenal! Dan Medina was the best project manager I have ever worked with - constantly keeping us updated and really cared about making sure we were happy with the work being done. Roberto and his Crew are the best carpenters in CT (perhaps the world) - have never seen anyone work so fast with such attention to detail. Bob Ross, the electrician, gave us plenty of lumens - even an upgrade in the bathroom - thank you Bob! And Todd Nihill did a great job on the plumbing - ran some pipes all the way our and up to the roof. You barely noticed the piping at the end because it was so cleanly cut and routed. Really an A++ crew - would hire again and recommend in a heartbeat. The whole fam loves the basement!
