Prior to CTBS, Jorge owned local business Tailgators Sportbar and Grill in Derby, Connecticut from 1995 until 2010. Jorge is familiar with all aspects of food and beverages sales while owning and managing a fast-paced restaurant environment. With many years of experience, Jorge knows which elements are most useful when it comes to customer satisfaction.

Jorge has been thoroughly trained and has earned the highly esteemed title of “Certified Waterproofing Professional” through the Basement Systems International Waterproofing Contractor Network. He is a trusted member of Connecticut Basement Systems and upholds the high standards of the company.

Jorge enjoys meeting with homeowners and helping them solve their basement problems, enabling them to get more out of their homes. Jorge lives in Seymour, Connecticut with his wife Donna and his three children, Brandon, Griffin, and Jordon. Outside of work, he enjoys watching his son’s sports games and watching his daughter's competitions.}

We used CT basement to finish approx, 1,000 square feet (almost doubling our home's square footage) of our basement ( 2 bedrooms, family room/playroom, and a large bathroom/laundry room) and couldn’t be happier. The renovation now allows us to have our adult children and their families stay with us comfortably. Throughout the entire process, we were impressed with the professionalism of all the employees. Our project manager, Bruce Reynolds, was “on top of everything” and was effective at communicating and solving any situations that arose.
