Susy Alves

_{Susy is a part of our Service Center Specialist team at Connecticut Basement Systems, helping customers schedule Annual Maintenance and working alongside others to ensure customer satisfaction.
Before her role at CTBS, Susy was a Preschool Teacher for 25 years. She’s helped with tasks like office work, enrollment, tours with new parents, paperwork, payroll, and more. Susy developed great communication skills and patience during her time as a teacher. Prior to this, earned her CPR certification, her Medication Certification, and her EpiPen Certification.
Outside of work, Susy lives in Naugatuck, CT. She has one son, and in her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, and hanging out with her nieces and nephews.}
