CT Basement Systems did a fantastic job and we could not be happier with how it turned out. Having a new rec room and gym has made an amazing improvement to our home life. The crew was top notch from start to finish: Dan Medina, who was the Project Manager; Eric and Michael, who did all the carpentry, flooring and wall panel installation; Bob Ross, who did the electrical work, and Todd Nihill, who took care of the plumbing. They were all a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond the call of duty when it came to paying attention to the details, explaining the options and their pros and cons, and listening and following through on our requests and comments.

We had an excellent experience working with Connecticut Basement Systems to refinish our basement. Project manager Dan Medina led the way and helped us plan every aspect of the basement from the jump. He was patient and generous with his time, always responsive to our requests and open to any changes we wanted to make along the way. Our carpenters Eric and Michael were here every day - meticulous and detailed with their work. Never in a rush, they made sure every detail was perfect. Mike Pale the electrician made sure that everything was up to code; installed safely and to our specifications. Todd Nihill did a wonderful job moving our washer/dryer and finding the perfect spot for a new slop sink - our laundry area is much improved over what we had before. All in all, they were great people to work with who take great pride in their work and made sure that we were satisfied with the final product.

I had a great experience with Connecticut basement systems. Cisco the foreman and his team were great to work with! They showed up on time, Cisco was very friendly and respectful, and they worked diligently to get the job done. Very professional team.
