Ct basement completed our finished basement, it came out better than I could have imaged. They used high quality walls and it transformed out musty basement. you don’t need to get an estimate from anyone else. From Dan Medina, the Project Manager helped and came to town meeting with inspector. Edwin, Wilson and Jonathan, the Carpenters were the most hardworking , even stayed late each night to finish. Their craftsmanship is precise and created a neat access panel for our electrical box other contractors don’t know what to do with. Tom Connolly, the Electrician explained the scope of the work, and was neat. Ct basement always left he area clean after their day of work and just truly would recommend them

Cisco and his crew were excellent. They came on time. Then, they efficiently proceeded to carry out their work. Our property has particular challenges in that it is on a steep hill with a ton of stairs. But they were still able to expediently bring all the equipment and supplies to our basement. Given the recent the recent storm, all the snow and ice added to the challenge. Our crawl space is particularly narrow, only 18” in some places. So, this was not the easiest job. Ultimately, the job was completed quickly and was well done. Furthermore, they were friendly and had a pleasant demeanor and personality. I highly recommend CT Basement Systems.

Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with this company. Will NEVER refer this company to anyone. Sales guy lied to get a commission. We spoke about re insulating my attic for $8000. When the install date came. I was told I had to pretty much clean and remove old insulation myself. And everything we agreed upon was not being done After contacting sales rep name chuck. He stated that I better have cash so me and the Forman can work out a cash under the table deal. I immediately canceled after almost getting scammed by these guys. This is bad business and scary to see the scams that this company’s employees throw on people. Who’s knows how many people get tricked and lied too for a sale with sketchy back door ethics
