Michael has been with Connecticut Basement Systems since 2007! Originally, Michael started on the Service Team, transitioning into a role as Service Center Specialist. He has an extensive background in customer service in the appointment center setting. Michael's day consists of scheduling customers for maintenance on their pumps and SaniDry. He also troubleshoots the systems over the phone with the customer. He was the Happiness Project Winer and the recipient of a 5-Year Achievement Award!
Prior to working at CTBS, Michael gained experience to help him in his Service Center Specialist role working at JP Morgan Chase Bank, and MIC WorldCom Conference Call Center.
Outside of work, Michael lives in Waterbury, CT. He enjoys music, playing guitar, nature, and science.
