We are currently seeking a hardworking Entry-Level Carpenter to join our growing team.

Who We’re Looking For

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and wants to build a career in carpentry and construction. Candidates should be physically able, ready to work hard, and not afraid to get dirty. A presentable appearance, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential.

Graduates of carpentry-focused programs (technical/trade schools) are strongly encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist with general carpentry and job site tasks across residential projects
• Follow daily instructions from the Foreman or Supervisor
• Load, transport, and deliver materials to and from job sites
• Operate saws and hand tools safely and correctly
• Measure, cut, and install materials with accuracy
• Ensure work is plumb, level, and built to spec
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Communicate clearly with crew members and foreman
• Uphold all safety standards on site

Essential Skills

• Able to read a tape measure accurately
• Familiarity with hand and power tools, including circular saws, reciprocating saws, and miter saws
• Ability to identify plumb, level, and square work
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Good verbal communication skills
• Commitment to working safely and efficiently on a job site

Requirements

• Valid U.S. work authorization
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to lift/move up to 75 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Flexible schedule as needed for job demands

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
