One of the Best Places to Work in 2012!

Connecticut Basement Systems is pleased to announce that it has been awarded as the fifth Best Places to Work in The Hearst Connecticut Workplaces for 2012.

The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback. Employees were asked for their opinions about company leadership, future goals, benefits and job satisfaction. More specifically, they were asked to weigh company values and ethics, how appreciated they feel, their job as part of something meaningful, and job expectations. With high ratings to these items and many more, employees earned Connecticut Basement Systems a place among the top five in the small company category.
