All the positives come with a caveat - it would be hard to recommend a waterproofing company until the next giant storm. My basement typically floods once a year. So we are looking at next spring for the real test.
The test is whether my heating/cooling bills will go down. Definitely will let you know. I also enjoyed reading your founder's book which was very informative and easy to read.

everything went as planned and the staff was efficient, showed up on time. the salesperson (Tom) explained the process thoroughly and the video was very helpful. I called him and he called me right back several times. All in all, a very good experience.
They arrived as scheduled and installed as requested. They cleaned up the work site and were polite.
From the salesmen (Tom H.) to the installers, it was the best experience I have ever had!
The office staff seems to be below par. With such an experienced and helpful crew and salesman, the office staff should be more capable. I called quite a few times and was transferred all around (both when rescheduling and with questions). The production office is sloppy. The crew was able to come a day early and I was called to confirm I would be available for the two day job - I agreed and changed my work schedule. The crew showed up on time, but when the electrician did not show I called the production office and was told they would check on the electrician's ETA and get back to me - I called back 5 hours later and was told the office person forgot to call me back and the electrician would not be available to come until the following day. I missed a day of work and was not offered compensation, much less an apology. I think this company lacks good office support and I assume they will lose jobs because of same. I would refer the salesman and the crew, but would give caution when telling friends because of the office staff inefficiency.

On Saturday 10/8/11 I had my sump pump system installed.
The results were impressive, and the whole process was unbelievably easy.
I feared the installation would be disruptive, messy and chaotic. Instead, it was a clean, controlled process that was incredibly smooth and efficient.
Noel and Martine (I believe that was their names) did the job. They were prompt and courteous. I was very impressed by their professionalism and
they should be commended. The electrician, Mr. William Stocker arrived early and did an awesome job wiring things up. He was a huge help as well.
The whole installation was a breeze. And I'm really grateful for everyone involved.

Just a note for Ray Lecours. Ray was professional from the moment he came into my home till the end of the presentation. His approach was informal and relaxed as well as educational. I would recommend Ray to anyone who would ask about which company I used for my basement waterproofing system.
I'm very satisfied with the work done on my basement. Although I understand that there was some sort of emergency, a better job could have been done of informing me that the crew would not be able to come to my house on the original scheduled date. This became a wasted vacation day for me, if I had been informed earlier I could have made alternate plans. You guys were able to reschedule my appointment for a weekend date which worked out very well. Aside from having to reschedule, I have been very satisfied with all aspect of your company. Thank you.
We are extremely happy with the completed job. We had the basement waterproofed with a sump pump installed and the whole basement redone with there wall panels. We could not be happier with the results. The whole entire experience started the Friday after Christmas with our consultation and the basement was completely finished by March 1, 2012.
This company knows their work like no other company, and will transform your basement as they say they will. Be prepared for dust to be everywhere in your house after day one---it is a messy job, but well worth it. Your days of a wet basement will soon be OVER for GOOD! Great company all the way around!
The job of waterproofing my basement was well done; there was an omission in communication about the pumps that went outside the house and when and where they would be buried underground. The clean-up of the basement should have been entirely done by the crew, including my things covered in debris from the process I thought.
Start to finish. A very easy, pleasant experience.
