System Design Specialist/Sales Rep (Westchester, NY)
Pay: $80,000 - $120,000+ per year

The Opportunity
Connecticut Basement Systems is looking for experienced sales professionals located in Westchester County to run pre-set, qualified, inbound leads, and close sales in this region. This is a real opportunity to potentially earn over six figures per year for those that have or can develop the skills and talent to participate in this booming industry.
Our professional salespeople demonstrate strong listening, follow-up, and closing skills as well as high proficiency working with computer software and a laptop.
Our most successful salespeople have:
· In-home sales experience or come from the residential real estate, window/siding/roofing, home inspection, or home improvement industries.
· Verifiable and stable sales track-record
A positive, self-starter mindset with ambition, likability, discipline and detail-oriented, customer focus.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
· Are comfortable and ready to assume a100% commissioned based compensation after an initial training period. 50% of commission is paid at time of sales and 50% at completion of installation
· Home service or home improvement experience and knowledge preferred
· Be physically able to navigate attic and/or crawl space areas in the home
Ability to quickly master sales and system design software, leverage AI to enhance communications, attend weakly sales meetings and ongoing training.
