They first installed the WaterGuard System by digging a small trench around the perimeter of the basement walls. The system is then placed inside the drench and then is sealed back up with cement. The system is then hooked up to the sump pump. The water is collected and channeled through the WaterGuard System and is led to the sump pump. The water will then exit the home through a discharge home. Lastly, the SaniDry Sedona was placed and installed, which will collect moisture and reduce the humidity in the area. With low humidity, the musty smell will be eliminated leaving a clean and healthier environment.
