This before and after photoset is from a home in Guilford, CT. The before photo shows the water heater without a drainage system. If water were to come in contact it could cause damage. In the after picture you can see the installed drainage system around this water heater is both cosmetically appealing and functional at the same time.
These before and after photos are from a basement at a home in Guilford, CT. In the before photo the basement is not fitted with a drainage system so the basement was at risk for potential flooding. In the after picture you can see from the wet cement that our crew very neatly installed the WaterGuard drainage system to prevent flooding in the future.
This Guilford, CT basement had an old, exposed sump pump system that was in danger of clogging which would result in a flooded basement. We installed a new TripleSafe Sump Pump System to replace it which includes an airtight lid, primary pump, secondary pump, and battery backup sump pump.

This Guilford crawlspace was dirty and damp which can create an unhealthy environment. The dampness in the crawlspace can support mold and moisture damage. These were concerns for the homeowner who wanted to make sure his crawlspace was a healthy environment. He did his research and decided to give Connecticut Basement Systems a call and scheduled an appointment.
Taz Petersen was the Sales Representative who arrived at the home the day of the appointment. He inspected the crawlspace and explained the different solutions the homeowner had. Once a plan was set, a production date was scheduled and the homeowner was ready to have his crawlspace transformed.
On the day of production, Garfield Sanderson and his production team began the installation process. A WaterGuard System was first installed to ensure that water would be properly channeled outside of the home. Then, a CleanSpace encapsulation was installed on the floors and walls to prevent any moisture from seeping through. Lastly, a Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier was installed to ensure that the crawlspace will stay dry.
With a dry, clean crawlspace, the home instantly transformed into a healthier environment. The homeowner is extremely happy with his crawlspace thanks to Connecticut Basement Systems!

Martha H of Guilford, CT noticed her finished basement had wet spots in the carpeting. She realized that the wet finishing materials in her basement caused a potential mold problem and new she would have to do something about the situation before it got worse. After searching the web she found Larry Janesky's Connecticut Basement Systems and decided to have them come in for a free estimate to solve the water problem.
Shortly after giving them a call, an appointment was set for Mike Fuschetto to come evaluate the basement. Mike decided that having Al Guglielmoni install a WaterGuard drainage system and a TripleSafe Sump Pump system would be the best bet to get rid of any water. WaterGuard is a drainage channel that will lead any water coming into the basement to the TripleSafe pump system, where it will be then pumped out of the home a safe distance away.
Michael also proposed the SaniDry Basement Air system for Martha's basement. The SaniDry can dehumidify and filter the air at the same time. It's ENERGY STAR® rating makes it three times more efficient than common hardware store dehumidifiers.
Martha has been very happy and having no issues with water coming into her basement. It's now a dry, moisture free space that is safe to refinish and enjoy for years to come.
