Water Seepage into Basement in Greenwich, CT

Water seepage into Mike A's Greenwich, Connecticut basement was causing a mold problem and Mike got on the Internet and searched for "seepage causing mold."  He was in luck and filled out a contact form on BasementSystems.com.

On October 26th system design specialist Joe Pascarella came out to Mike's Greenwich home and performed a thorough inspection and measurement of the basement.  He then went over the cause of the problem -- water entering the basement through the floor-wall joint -- and a solution -- the installation of our WaterGuard drainage channel system that would drain to a SuperSump sump pump system.  They also decided on the installation of the SaniDry dehumidifier and air filter system, to really create a dry, usable basement space.

Water Seepage into Basement in Greenwich, CT

Water seepage into Mike A's Greenwich, Connecticut basement was causing a mold problem and Mike got on the Internet and searched for "seepage causing mold."  He was in luck and filled out a contact form on BasementSystems.com.

On October 26th system design specialist Joe Pascarella came out to Mike's Greenwich home and performed a thorough inspection and measurement of the basement.  He then went over the cause of the problem -- water entering the basement through the floor-wall joint -- and a solution -- the installation of our WaterGuard drainage channel system that would drain to a SuperSump sump pump system.  They also decided on the installation of the SaniDry dehumidifier and air filter system, to really create a dry, usable basement space.
