Please see attached photos. The soil towards the back left corner of our house seems to be dipping over time and we are getting a lot of efflorescence on the basement walls there. The drywell from the downspout works most of the time, but during extremely heavy rains it gets overwhelmed. Also, it was recommended that we build up a berm to redirect the water from our sloped back yard away from the entire back foundation. I'd like a second opinion. Also, we have couple vertical cracks in the foundation that I would like to have looked at and, if necessary, repaired.
