This basement needed our full perimeter waterproofing system to tackle all water seepage.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our TripleSafe was installed with our system to safely pump out all collected water seepage through proper discharge lines away from the home. It has three pumps inside to allow it to effectively do so: a primary, a secondary, and our UltraSump battery backup that can pump out 11,500 gallons of water on a full charge.
WaterGuard and CleanSpace
Our WaterGuard drainage system is installed below the floor (under the new cement), around the entire perimeter of the basement, to successfully capture any water seepage from the walls or floors. Our CleanSapce vapor barrier was installed on the walls and tucked into the drainage system. It will help direct water down into the drains, while also protecting the space from moisture damage and mold.
