A homeowner in Armonk, NY, had moisture issues in their crawlspace. They called Connecticut Basement Systems for a solution. Salesman Brian DiRisi assessed the space and proposed encapsulation. Foreman Garfield and his team installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier on drainage matting to prevent water and moisture. They also added SilverGlo insulation on walls and RimJoist to seal air leaks. The crawl space is now permanently protected, giving the homeowner peace of mind.

Musty Crawl Spacce

CleanSpace

Our CleanSpace vapor barrier (white) was installed throughout the whole space on top of our drainage matting to ensure it's protected from moisture and musty odors.

SilverGlo and RimJoist

Our SilverGlo insulation panels were installed on the walls. Our RimJoist was sprayed in the above joists and any areas where air might leak. Now the crawl space is properly insulated, making the home more energy efficient.
