A homeowner in East Haven was getting water seepage in their basement and wanted to get a proper sump pump that would eliminate the water. One of our Sales Consultants, Rick Raucci, went out to the home to assess the issues and provide them with a proper waterproofing solution. He informed the homeowner that they needed our waterproofing systems to keep their basement dry.
One of our Foremen, Garfield Sanderson, and his crew would install this project. They installed our WaterGuard drain system below the floors. Then they installed our SuperSump Plus sump pump that will take the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. They also installed a CleanSpace vapor barrier to help direct water into the drains below the floor. With these systems, this basement will stay dry, giving the homeowner peace of mind!

This basement was still getting water and needed a proper sump pump installation in order to keep water out.
SuperSump Plus
Our crew installed this sump pump to take collected water from the WaterGuard drain system and have it pumped out of the home at a safe distance.
WaterGuard and TrenchDrain
Our crew installed WaterGuard below the floor, around the whole perimeter of this basement to collect any water coming in from the walls or floors. It is installed by jackhammering the floors, laying down the drains, and then covering them with new concrete. They also installed a TrenchDrain to collect any large amounts of water coming in from the basement entrance.
