This homeowner was struggling with water in their basement and they decided it was time to call us at Connecticut Basement Systems to solve their problems. After scheduling an appointment, one of our Sales Consultants, Jimmy Stablien, went out to the home to assess the issues and provide the correct solution. He informed the homeowner that they would need our top-performing waterproofing systems to protect this basement for the long term.  The next step would be for one of our Foremen, Krzys Wilk, and his crew to work on the installation of this project. They installed a TripleSafe sump pump along with a WaterGuard perimeter drain to collect and pump out the water from the home at a safe distance. The water will get collected from the WaterGuard below the floor and drained into the sump pump to then get pumped out of the home through a discharge line. Without these systems, the basement would still get water and not be protected. But now any water coming in will always have a way out of the home and this basement will stay dry.
