This basement was getting water leeking in from the walls. To fix this problem with installed Waterguard, Trenchguard and a Triplesafe Sump pump system to remove the water. A Floodring was added around the waterheater to prevent any flooding from an unexpected problems. A Sanidry air purifier dehumidifier was put in to remove any air mostiure. On the outside of the house an Iceguard was installed to prevent water back up during the winter monthes.
