Encapsulating a Crawl Space - Rhinebeck, NY
A homeowner in Rhinebeck, NY expressed interest in encapsulating his crawl space. Fearing further issues regarding moisture, he wanted a solution that would offer maximum protection for his space. For these reasons, he called Connecticut Basement Systems, scheduling a free in-home consultation with Sales Consultant Steven Godbout.
On the day of the visit, Godbout arrived at the home prepared to address the homeowner's needs. Investigating the space, he prepared a proposal documenting potential solutions tailored to the homeowner's crawl space. Once the visit concluded, Godbout provided the homeowner with his proposal. Included was our CleanSpace vapor barrier, a system designed to protect the space from moisture.
Shortly after approving the proposal, Foreman Garfield Sanderson and his team arrived on-site. Removing debris and making way for drainage matting, Sanderson's team worked efficiently, installing the CleanSpace vapor barrier. Additionaly, our TerraBlock crawl space insulation was installed along the floor, padded and puncture resistant to offer further protection. Once installed, the crawl space was returned to the homeowner encapsulated and protected against moisture for years to come!
