Our Waterproofing System
We installed our WaterGuard drainage system and TripleSafe sump pump to collect and safely pump out of the home. Our TripleSafe uses three pumps inside to effectively do so: a primary, a secondary, and our UltraSump battery backup. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed on part of the wall to help lead water into the drainage system.
WaterGuard Drainage System
Our drainage system is installed below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement, to capture water seepage. It is below the new cement seen above.
