Wet Basement
This basement had ongoing water seepage issues. We proposed our full perimeter system as the permanent solution.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our TripleSafe takes the collected water from the perimeter drainage system and safely pumps it out of the home. It uses 3 pumps inside to effectively do so: a primary, a secondary, and our UltraSump battery backup that can pump out 11,500 gallons of water on a full charge. This is perfect in case of any storm or power outages.
WaterGuard Drains and CleanSpace Vapor Barrier
Our WaterGuard drainage system runs below the floor (under the new cement), around the perimeter of the basement to capture water seepage from the walls and floor. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier is installed on the walls to help direct the water down into the drains, while still protecting the basement from moisture damage.
TrenchDrain
Our TrenchDrain sits on top of the WaterGuard to capture any above-ground water seepage, especially any that may come in through the basement entryway. All water will go down the drains and into the sump pump.
