Very Wet Basement
This basement had a lot of water coming in, so a major waterproofing system was needed to stop this for good.
Our System
Our WaterGuard drainage system was installed below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement to capture water seepage from the walls and ground and direct it into the sump pump system. WaterGuard lies below the new cement seen above.
TrenchDrain
Our TrenchDrains sit at basement entryways or areas where water may enter from above ground level. The water all goes directly into the drainage system below.
1/2 Wall CleanSpace Vapor Barrier
Our CleanSpace was installed on the walls and tucked into the drainage system below to help lead water in the drains and protect the walls from moisture damage.
