Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing a Basement in New Fairfield, CT
A homeowner in New Fairfield, CT has water seepage issues in their basement, so they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems in search of a permanent solution. Our Salesman, Mick Foster, went to the home to assess the issues and propose a solution for the basement.
Our Foreman, Antonio Diaz, and his crew installed part of this job. This included our WaterGuard drainage system and our TripleSafe sump pump. Then, our other Foreman, David Jadan, and his crew installed our 1/2 wall of EverLast wall panels and our ElitePlank flooring in light pecan.
Now this basement is waterproofed and has some beautiful finishing touches to make it a usable space for the homeowner!
Before Waterproofing
This basement had ongoing water seepage, so our team came in with a permanent solution.
After Waterproofing and Final Touches
Our crew installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor around the entire perimeter to collect water. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump (seen in the corner) to take that water and pump it safely out of the home.
Flooring and Wall Panels
Our crew installed our Elite Plank flooring in Light Pecan to replace the floors and give them a beautiful new look. They also installed a half wall of our EverLast wall system. Both of these products are made of inorganic material, so water cannot damage it.
