One of our Foreman, Vic Varela and his team implemented the plan, starting with the WaterGuard drainage system around the basement perimeter to capture and direct water to the sump liner. They also installed the TripleSafe sump pump system, which includes a primary pump, a secondary pump for extra capacity, and a battery backup for reliability during outages.Additionally, they added an XL Trench Drain in entryway areas to capture and redirect water away from the basement.

XL Trench Drain
TrenchDrain resembles half of a basement drainage pipe, with a grated opening fitted snugly on top. The grate is flush or slightly below the floor, eliminating any tripping hazard.

The TripleSafe™ has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.
