Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Push Pier Installation in Oakdale, CT
A homeowner in Oakdale had a foundation that was cracking and settling, so they reached out to us to find a solution to the problem. One of our Sales Consultants, Matt Kraus, went out to the home to assess the issues and provide them with an estimate for a system that would solve the foundation problem.
One of our Foreman, Sergio Alves, and Jacob Scott would install 8 push piers under the footing of the foundation. They used hydraulics to drive steel piers into the ground to lift and stabilize the foundation.

Our crew would be installing the push piers below the ground, under the footing of the foundation in order to lift the home.
Push Pier
This push pier gets hydraulically driven into the ground using steel piers. Once a desired pressure, lift, and stabilization is reached, and the homeowner is satisfied, then that is when the crew caps off the bracket.
Pier 8
Our crew has to jackhammer into the footing to place each bracket. Then they drive steel piers into the ground, cap them off, and backfill their trench.
