Wendy is our excellent Service Center Specialist who takes pride in her work by being polite, efficient and helpful with our customers on the phone. Previously, she has worked at BJ’s Warehouse Member Services - processing memberships, merchandise returns and taking customer suggestions or complaints over the phone. With her experience in customer service, she is the perfect fit to be scheduling our customers’ annual maintenances and/or retroactive appointments.
Wendy is from Middlebury and when she is not at work, she enjoys swimming, sewing and cooking.
